  1. Mommy D says:

I usually marinade after I take it off the grill:

Combine olive oil, salt/pepper, minced garlic, oregano and let sit for about 15 minutes. I usually use boneless sirloin, so once cooked, I take right from the grill and place it in the mix. Let sit for a little while (which you should do with steak anyway). Enjoy…the mixture is also awesome with bread once the steak is gone!

  2. 3 tbsp. minced green onions
    1 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
    2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. thyme or Italian seasoning
Big pinch pepper or drops of Tabasco
    Juice of 1/2 lemon

Mix marinade in bowl. Lay flank (family) steak flat in bottom of broiling pan and spread on half the marinade. Turn steak and spread with rest of marinade. Cover with wax paper and leave for at least 20 minutes or refrigerate for several hours or day or two.

  3. What I always use is I will take Allegro Steak Marinade and cut up some orange slices and add it to it. Let it soak overnight and it will be some of the best most tender steak ever!

Allegro by itself is great too!
